A leverage-style bar that rests on the top of a door frame and braces against the wall on either side of it, so it goes up without screws or drilling and lifts off again when you are done.
The frame is black powder-coated steel with grips for wide, narrow and neutral hand positions; the wide and neutral grips are foam-covered. Off the door, it sits on the floor as a raised handle for push-ups. Check the fitting guide in the box against your door frame before first use.
